How to find your size

  1. Stand on a white piece of paper and trace both feet.
  2. Measure the distance between your heel and longest toe end on the line. That's your foot length.
  3. Then refer to the table below for the appropriate shoe size. It's recommended to choose an insole that is at least half a centimeter longer than your foot length. For example, if your foot measures 24 cm (shoe size 36.5), add half a centimeter and choose size 37 shoes.
